David Cochran has been my CPA for more than a dozen years and he has helped me in a hundred ways! We met at a business closing on a transaction of which I was the business broker. By coincidence, the closing attorney was also named David Cochran! What are the chances? This generated a few laughs and planted the seeds of a friendship and business relationship that I hope will continue for many more years. Over the years David has helped my form numerous corporations and LLC's, advised on QuickBooks, helped me with thorny tax issues, and he has answered my dumbest and/or toughest questions with a depth of knowledge and insight that I have found lacking in other CPA's.
